1. Program description

SD17 Field Command sends operational text alerts to approved campaign staff, team leaders, drivers and driver managers: new supply and driver requests, and status updates when requests are in progress, on the way or completed.

2. How to opt in

Users opt in by entering their mobile number and turning on “Text me updates” in their signed-in account.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on request activity, mostly on election days.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also turn off “Text me updates” in your account.

6. Help

Reply HELP for help, or contact your campaign administrator.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
